| The accommodation comprises: - Upstairs has a double-bedded room with en-suite bathroom and patio door leading onto sun terrace with patio furniture. Downstairs has two twin-bedded rooms with shared bathroom and a third toilet is next to the kitchen. It has a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, washing machine, microwave etc. It has table and 6 chairs + 2 stools.
The lounge is spacious and furnished with queensize sofabed and easy chairs and tables. There is TV, radio and cassette player.
The water is heated mainly by solar power. If the sun doesn’t shine, there is a gas boiler in the cupboard outside. You will find plenty of good restaurants and bars in Lagos. The nearest within 5 minutes walk from the Villa. The food is good and reasonably priced. All windows have shutters to keep out the heat & protect the villa.
